1. Quick control map
- Camera: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → Pakeup.
- Alarms: iOS Settings → Pakeup → Notifications and alarm permissions.
- Notifications: iOS Settings → Pakeup → Notifications (for countdown alerts and session reminders).
- Save photo to library: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Pakeup (add-only; requested only if you choose to save an original capture).
- Location: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Pakeup (required for the optional location feature; grants Always location authorization).
- Local alarm, Together session, and sticker data: use Settings or Calendar controls inside Pakeup.
- Pet Den sharing: use the Pet Den controls in the app to change what you show, end a neighbor relationship, block someone, or delete your den.
- App Store purchases: iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions and purchase history.
2. Camera permission
Pakeup requests camera permission for the alarm photo mission. You can deny or revoke this at any time in iOS Settings → Pakeup → Camera. Revoking camera permission does not affect alarm scheduling; it prevents completing a photo mission until permission is granted again.
3. Alarm and notification permissions
Pakeup requests AlarmKit permission to schedule system alarms. Without this permission, alarms cannot be set. You can manage this in iOS Settings → Pakeup.
Pakeup also requests notification permission to deliver local alerts when a countdown session ends and for reminders you configure. You can manage this in iOS Settings → Pakeup → Notifications.
4. Location permission
Pakeup may request Always location authorization for an optional location feature. You can deny or revoke this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Pakeup. Revoking location permission disables the location feature but does not affect alarms, the camera, or any other feature.
5. Photo library permission
Pakeup does not request photo library read access and cannot access your Photos app. If you explicitly request to save an original capture to your photo library, Pakeup will request add-only photo library permission at that moment. You can revoke this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Pakeup.
6. Access, export, correction, and deletion
You can view all alarm records, Together session records, and stickers in the Pakeup calendar. Individual records can be deleted from within the app. In Settings, you can separately delete all local Pakeup data or permanently delete the iCloud backup while keeping data on the current iPhone. Removing the app clears local data but does not delete an existing iCloud backup. Pet Den sharing is managed in the app. Changing what you display, ending a neighbor relationship, blocking someone, or deleting your den stops further sharing with the affected people. Content already copied by Apple iCloud or by another person may remain until you or they remove it through those services.

7. Advertising and US state choices
Pakeup does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use targeted advertising. It therefore does not currently offer a Do Not Sell or Share switch. If those practices ever change, a legally required opt-out and Global Privacy Control handling will be provided before the change.
Residents of jurisdictions with applicable rights may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or an appeal. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
