1. Agreement and operator
By downloading, accessing, or using Pakeup, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Pakeup provides
Pakeup is a lifestyle alarm and pet photo journal for iPhone. It schedules alarms through Apple AlarmKit, uses the camera to take a pet photo when an alarm mission starts, processes the photo on device using Apple Vision framework, and generates a sticker saved in a local calendar view.
Pakeup is not an emergency service, medical tool, safety monitoring device, or guaranteed timekeeping service.
3. Eligibility and safe use
- You must be legally able to accept these terms or have valid parent or guardian authorization.
- Do not interact with Pakeup while driving, cycling, crossing roads, or whenever attention to the device would be unsafe or unlawful.
- Do not rely on Pakeup alarms for emergencies, medical care, safety-critical tasks, or any situation where failure to wake would cause serious harm.
- Follow applicable laws and the rules of places you are in.
4. License and prohibited conduct
Subject to these terms and Apple's license terms, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Pakeup on permitted Apple devices.
- Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape, probe, or bypass security or entitlement controls.
- Do not reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not use Pakeup to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, safety, or other rights.
- Do not upload malicious, unlawful, or infringing content.
5. Camera and photos
When you use the camera mission, you take photos using your device. You retain rights in photos you take. You grant the operator only the limited right to process the photo on device to create a sticker for you, which is stored locally and never transmitted to the operator.
Only photograph subjects you have the right to photograph. Avoid taking photos of other people without their consent in contexts where privacy is expected.
6. Apple services
AlarmKit, the camera, Vision framework, and App Store are provided by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. Alarm delivery, camera access, recognition accuracy, and payment processing are subject to Apple platform behavior. Permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.
7. Paid features
Pakeup Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. The price and included features are shown before purchase. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
To restore a previous purchase on a new device, use the Restore Purchases option in Pakeup Settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's rules and applicable mandatory consumer law.
8. Availability and changes
The operator may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. Reasonable notice will be given for material adverse changes when required. Pakeup may not be available in every country, language, device model, or operating-system version.
AlarmKit alarm delivery depends on iOS, device state, and system resources. Pakeup cannot guarantee alarm delivery when the device is powered off, in certain low-power states, or after a force-quit.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
Pakeup, its software, design, branding, and non-user content are owned by the operator or licensors and protected by applicable law. If you voluntarily provide feedback, the operator may use it without restriction or payment, while respecting personal information under the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Pakeup is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The operator does not promise that pet recognition, alarm delivery, sticker quality, or app availability will always be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
Pet recognition uses on-device machine learning and may not accurately identify all animals, lighting conditions, or camera angles. Do not rely on recognition results for decisions with serious consequences.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections in your country.
11. Liability and termination
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of Pakeup. Any permitted aggregate cap must be interpreted subject to non-waivable law and the Apple Standard EULA.
You may stop using Pakeup at any time. The operator may suspend access for serious misuse, legal necessity, or security risk, with notice where reasonably possible. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Governing law, disputes, and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, without depriving you of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of your residence. Before bringing a formal claim, contact hengtong.li@foxmail.com so the parties can try to resolve it informally.
